Login Instructions

First Time Users/Account Activation

Accepted students will receive a USER ID in late January or early February. Click on the New Franklin Students link in the Login box. Type in the User ID we recently emailed you. Answer the first two questions using the email address you listed on your application to Franklin and your citizenship (if you have dual citizenship, try one and then the other if you are having login difficulties). Create three security questions, selecting questions and answers you will easily remember. Make a note of your answers for future use. Create a password for the account. Please choose a new password that matches ALL of the following criteria: At least nine characters with at least one upper case letter, at least one lower case letter, at least one number, and at least one of the following special characters; ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( )  Re-type the new password in the second box to confirm it. Click on Update to submit the new information to the system. 

Returning Users (everyone who has previously created a password and security questions)

In the Login box, enter your User ID and the Net Partner password you created when you first logged in. Click Submit.
